Welcome.

Marie is an award-winning podcast, oral history, and multi-disciplinary producer and artist with 25 years of experience. She has worked with major arts venues, production companies, broadcasters, and platforms, focusing on audio-led storytelling and participation projects.

Her career highlights include overseeing the award-winning podcast platform Transmission Roundhouse at the Roundhouse, being named one of The Radio Academy's 30 under 30 and her debut documentary on sex traffic victim-survivors in Moldova being platformed by BBC Radio 4 as well as receiving recognition for its journalistic integrity and artistic sound design skills.

As Head of Broadcast and Digital at the Roundhouse, she commissioned and produced numerous digital installations and co-creation projects, whilst taking every opportunity to support emerging artists and underrepresented voices. Since then, she has continued to create and produce innovative public art installations and experiences, most recently at The Triumph of Art with the National Gallery and Rekindling from the Royal Docks Festival.

She has also demonstrated strong project leadership and senior management experience, securing funding and partnerships, and championing gender diversity in media and the arts throughout her career.

As a consultant and facilitator, she has designed and delivered inclusive creative workshops and taught podcasting at SOAS University since 2018. Her extensive employment history includes roles at Jacksons Lane, UNICEF UK, Dash Arts, Heart n Soul, and various BBC and Global Radio stations. She holds a Masters in Radio Production and a BA in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University.

She’s also a proud Trustee for the award-winning children’s theatre company Peut-Être Theatre and a Governor at Stoneydown Primary School in Walthamstow.
